About this property
Downtown 1930's shingle home with color.
This is one half of a duplex (behind green door). It is the larger half, as it has an extension, which houses the den/tv room.
I renovated the house myself. I am too in love with it to ever let it go.
This duplex has two floors, so you have to be able to handle stairs. It has a half-bath downstairs and a full one upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a full bed, and there are two full-sized futons.
This house has lots of color.
The space
A washer and dryer are in the basement. I have painted it so doing laundry can be a pleasant experience. Half the basement has my long-term storage items.
Guest access
You have use of the yard and patio and front porch. You share those spaces with myself or other guests.
The driveway in the back and the parking pad on the side are available for guests.
The basement holds the washer and dryer, but I do have lots of items in storage on the other side of a curtain. Please do not disturb these things.
