In a natural setting, the cottage is located at the end of the village, with cows and meadows as neighbors. In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, you will find many activities nearby: La Bourboule 8 minutes away, Le Mont-Dore, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails… The house is organized on 3 levels. On the ground floor : -a large living room with lounge -a dining room and open kitchen -a separate toilet -a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna for 2 people On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with two 90cm beds -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bathroom with double sink and large shower -a separate toilet On the 2nd floor: -a bedroom with four 90 cm beds and a mezzanine with billiards Ideal for families or for a stay with friends. Old barn completely renovated
