Superbe vue sur le lac Léman depuis le salon. Appartement bien équipé, décoré avec goût dans une résidence calme. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine pour découvrir Evian et ses alentours. La possibilité de manger sur le balcon avec vue sur le lac est très appréciable.

Appartement très confortable pour 2 personnes. Vue incroyable sur le lac Leman. Bien équipé. Calme. Si bons marcheurs, l'accès à Evian se fait facilement à pied (commerces, bord du lac et centre nautique). Funiculaire à proximité pour rejoindre le centre d'Evian.

Le logement est adapté pour 2/3 personnes mais pas plus . La vue est magnifique mais un peu en dehors d’Evian. Stephane est une personne qui est à l’écoute et disponible pour les éventuelles questions. Merci à lui

Location bien située à Evian avec très jolie vue sur le lac Leman.L'appartement est fonctionnel et manque de rien : tout est prévu et bien pensé.Le propriétaire est communicant et réactif ce qui est un point très positif.Je recommande vivement cette location notamment pour un séjour à 2.

Super Logement !

Stéphane est un super hôte il est réactif et a l'écoute. Notre séjour c'est super bien passer chez Stéphane. L'appartement est super bien placer, il est confortable et propre. Nous étions a deux pas du collège. Et aussi une super vue panoramique sur le lac et la suisse. Je remercie Stéphane pour ce super accueil et son efficacité. Merci pour tout !! je recommande vivement !
