Renovated 2nd-Floor Home |

Paul had reported a couple of minor maintenance items: some loose hinges on a kitchen cabinet door and one bedroom dresser with four drawers that was not functioning properly. While we appreciate this feedback and will address these items, they are relatively minor issues and do not reflect the overall guest experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and supplies sufficient for a group of six. In our experience, most guests stay for only 3 to 4 days and spend the majority of their time exploring Boston rather than preparing elaborate meals at the property. We continuously maintain and improve the home, but occasional minor wear and tear should be expected in a frequently used short-term rental.

Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted you enjoyed your stay in our apartment. Looking forward to welcoming you again in the future. Safe travels!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay . Yes we have more than dozen properties in Boston. But we respond to each individual as the time permits . Most common. questions are answered in the listings and the instructions sent out before , during and before checkin . Some people do not read them and love to ask owner . But we treat every question with great importance. Thanks again for being part of our family.

Thanks for your kind review. Ac tuneup occurs every year before summer, In april one hot day was unexpected. we always check before summer, Thanks for the update

Thanks for your lovely review. Greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the unit accommodating and appreciated its recent upgrades. It sounds like the unit was both functional with the added benefit of the laundry room and comfortable for your group. The convenience of driveway parking is always a bonus, especially in urban areas where street parking can be challenging. Exploring the neighborhood, especially places like the Urban Wetlands, can add a lovely touch to a trip, giving guests a more authentic experience of the locality. We're glad that the location served as a convenient midpoint for your events in Dedham and Dorchester. We always aim to provide a seamless stay for our guests, and it's reassuring to hear positive feedback.
