I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Exceptionally clean and cozy, especially considering it is a pet-friendly home. So very nice to have a fenced in back yard. My girl loved it. The yard is large enough, grassy and leafy, that poop scooping didn’t become necessary. The kitchen is roomy with excellent appliances. Loved the shower. So nice to have a washer & dryer available. Also comfortably clean. I only needed to commute with Alissa a couple of times. She responded quickly and corrected the issue (streaming sign-in difficulty). Knowing Fayetteville well, I was concerned that the street, Hollywood, where the home is located would be overly busy and noisy even with the UA students returning. Much, much less activity than I expected. The only thing I would be cautious about is potential openings in the backyard fencing. I was unable to inspect the whole fence line. My dog is 30lb-ish, we had no problems.

The house and everything in it is very nice. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, and the kitchen is well appointed. Our dog was with us and this property has a safe backyard. The other thing we found nice is the close proximity to lots of food options. All in all, there are no complaints.
