The glass atrium offers a wonderful spot to sit and watch the skiers race down the slopes in winter and a relaxing spot to soak up the sun in summer. As the snow falls, the atrium makes you feel as if you're in a snow globe and the kids can roast marshmallows or whip up s'mores on the woodstove. As the wood crackles and warms the home, get cozy in the living room for a game night full of friendly competition with the provided board games. Community amenities such as a hot tub, pool, and sauna are all within easy walking distance as well, so be sure to take advantage of those terrific year-round perks!

Even though this townhouse is right on the slopes, there are approx 30 steps you will have to climb/descend to get to the slopes and back to the townhouse.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
