A typical fisherman's cottage located 80 meters from the beach.

In the most sought-after area of ​​Loctudy, with the beach less than 100 metres away and in absolute tranquility despite the small shops within walking distance (bakeries, pizzerias, mini-markets, etc.). You'll be surrounded by fishermen's cottages, numerous magnificent mansions facing the sea, a museum, and lovely coves for swimming or fishing! The fisherman's cottage has been tastefully renovated, I believe. (Last renovation in 2024). Large wooden terrace with a griddle and awning for post-beach drinks. Seaside-style furniture, but comfortable. You can take the water taxi to Île-Tudy, departing on foot from the house. The same goes for the Glénan archipelago. Restaurants, bars, the marina, and the sailing club are all within walking distance. A complete change of scenery for a pleasant holiday.

Nous venons de passer une semaine magnifique chez Valérie. Sa petite maison de pêcheur est pleine de charme, décorée avec bcp de goût et de soins. Du sol au plafond tt est propre. On peut rayonner a pied au bord des plages sans prendre sa voiture. Valerie est très attentionnée. Nous vous recommandons Daniel. Viviane
