Plenty to do within miles of property. Property was spacious enough for all our family to stay together and enjoy. We told stories, caught up on life…was such FUN!

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed every moment of our stay from check in at this absolutely stunning house and property to our final night. Sheri was always available for anything we may have needed or questions we had. The place was beautiful and we WILL be back for another stay here!!!

Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace.

This was a great property. Close to the wedding we were attending. It had plenty of space and the backyard is great. The added touches of wine and cheese and breakfast were especially nice.

Thanksgiving Retreat

This was a perfect spot for us to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was perfect for cooking/entertaining. Spacious sleeping arrangements. Beautiful expansive property. Perfect for star gazing!!! Highly recommend this location for bringing people together!

Ideal Family Stay for Texas Old Town Wedding

Only three minutes drive from the Texas Old Town reception venue, the house was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable for a family visit. During our stay, the pool was out of service, however the owners and property manager arranged for a very nice alternative at a new local community pool.

Wedding stay

Had a wedding at stone venue and house was very convenient to go back and forth. Morning and evening were cool but days were still hot, would have been nice to have a working pool on site for kids Landscape of grounds needed some work,and a good dusting of all house. Overall had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

A little bit of heaven in Texas

This property is amazing. Our family was able to visit with each other in a lovely environment that everyone enjoyed from the media room to the lovely family room and the big kitchen with a huge dining room table that fit everyone we had the best time. Celebrating great grandma’s 95th birthday she said “best birthday ever” and she’s had a few. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Beautiful Place

This was our second time to stay here. We love this home. Lots of space and big bedrooms. It’s so quiet on the property. Very nice to get away from all the noise and bustle of the city. We called the owner with some questions and she answered right away. She was very available the whole time we were there if we needed anything.

This house has lots of room and was just what we needed for us college kid parents and have the kids join us for a relaxing weekend. The description says there is a hot tub but we didn’t see one. Other than that it’s a great rental!

Family weekend

The house was wonderful and clean. The host added several nice things like wine and cheese plus some breakfast items. There were plenty of pool towels as well as bath towels. The rooms were large and comfortable. We loved having several areas of living space for games and quite conversation. It was a perfect house for our family!! I highly recommend this home.

Amazing place for families.

We had a few minor issues upon arrival but they replied promptly and sent owner to resolve. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. We sat on the porch and watched deer. The pool looked great but it was cold and rained. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer. Great place for family to come and enjoy. It was a few blocks from the wedding venue we attended. Loved the place and highly recommend. We will be back.
