This property was incredibly basic for how it was advertised. The exterior was in long term disrepair and while the room was clean and secure, there was no disclosure that it had no Air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open all night. This is essentially a low tier adult hostel. It is not "waterfront" as advertised either.

good location, very walkable

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room had the basics. The shower was a little narrow, but it was fine for us. Not a deal breaker, but there was no hand soap. we ended up buying some from the conveniently located market down the street. There were no hooks for the bath towels. The building from the outside doesn't look too welcoming, but the host did a great job renovating the apartment itself. The host was very responsive and gave us clear instructions to enter. The free parking was a giant plus for us as we were exploring other beach towns nearby.
