VRBO is the worst! Will never ise them again.

We booked our stay in the Florida Keys for the month of March and after booking and not getting responses from the owner we thought it a scam. After calling VRBO we were assured that we should proceed to Florida and that we would have a place to stay. They left us stranded with no where to stay. They even asked us to find out own hotel and submit a reimbursement. Wrong. Nothing available in the area and the closest hotel was almost $400/nt. We had to call our bank and file a claim to get our money back. Awful, awful phone support. Got transferred around so much and got conflicting info. Don't ever coose VRBO. It's a nickle outfit put together with chicken wire.

Not Good

The floors were dirty. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. We were told everything was provided - I thought that meant cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. We spent over $100 getting the necessities to clean and live there.
