Modern wooden chalet "HENK "Clad in larch on the outside, HENK welcomes you inside with warm materials and lots of wood. Large panoramic windows let in the sun and the open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom is small - but mighty: equipped with underfloor heating and a rain shower. Children and couples alike will love the cosy sleeping alcoves on the upper floor. End your day on the covered wooden terrace or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace! The open-plan kitchen focuses on functionality in terms of size and equipment. It is equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, sink, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Pots, crockery and utensils are available for 4 people. Microwave, washing machine are not available. There is a 4-person dining table right next to it and two small bedrooms (one with a 1.80 metre double bed and one with two single beds) for sleeping. The bedding is made of cotton, down, feathers and polyester. All beds are made up with fresh fitted sheets. Please bring bed linen in normal sizes for all beds (1.40 x 2.00 for the duvets and 0.80 x 0.80 for the pillows). You are also welcome to order bed linen and towels from us for a fee. In the bathroom with underfloor heating there is a shower with glass wall, a small lawn and a large covered wooden terrace. This extends your living space, especially in the summer months, offering protection from wind, rain and privacy. In summer, you will find wooden seating furniture and a barbecue here. The holiday home is heated by electric radiators with clean green electricity (Greenpeace Energy), so that you can stay cosy in the house even in the winter months. The costs for electricity and water are already included in the stated rental price. All consumption costs are included - you book at a fixed price! The holiday home is suitable for 1-4 people, an extra bed for a 5th person is possible (for a fee). Pets are not allowed in the holiday home. Smoking in the house is not permitted. From April to October the municipality of Zierow charges a tourist tax.

Location description : Zierow is a small, quiet village 5 km west of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Your accommodation is located in a newly built holiday home complex with a very good infrastructure. In the morning you can get fresh bread rolls in the small local shop. In the Zierower Hof or in the Oase restaurant you can savour home cooking or fish dishes. To balance this out, you will find suitable fitness programmes in the public swimming pool with sauna and small indoor playground at the nearby campsite. Equestrian activities are offered at the Elsholz riding stables.other sports and leisure activities : In the house you will find a comprehensive folder with recommendations for restaurants, farms and tips on various leisure and excursion offers. A riding stable is located 200 metres away. A small playground is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. There is a large playground on the beach, as well as a small indoor swimming pool with a beauty parlour, and the narrow sandy beach is ideal for families with small children, as the water is very shallow and therefore warm early on. Use of the beach is free of charge for spa guests (visitor's tax).

On request, we can provide you with a high chair and travel cot with travel cot mattress, wetness protection and sheets, and all beds are made up with fresh fitted sheets. (Please bring your own bed linen). We provide you with tea towels, cloths, washing-up liquid, tabs and bin liners. Laundry racks, clothes pegs, brooms, dustpans and a small hoover are available in the house. For longer stays (14 days or more) we can offer you an additional cleaning service. A folder is available in the house. In it we have compiled tips on shopping facilities, banks and doctors. We also recommend particularly nice restaurants and worthwhile excursions: some insider tips are included!
