Great host and decent property

Luis was a great and helpful host. The road construction made it a little dusty at times. The walk to town was easy and it was great to start and end our day with some exercise. I will stay again.

This is a basic, compact, one bedroom apartment. It is no frills but it has everything you need. The host is excellent. In a expensive tourist town this is a very affordable option. A 15 minute walk to the heart of dive shops ad restaurants.

The host --Luis-- was wonderful. He was very responsive to our needs. The apartment was good. However, my original search showed the location near Half-Moon Bay. It turns out that the property is a good half mile walk from the bay. The road doesn't have sidewalks, and so it is not an easy walk.

Terrible Property great manager

The property manager Luis was great. The accommodations not so much. The pictures in the ad are old. The road in front was expanded and cemented and took a large chunk of the frontage, including the pictures staircase. The road out front is busy and extremely noisy. The place is in disrepair and we had cockroaches . The dust from construction is everywhere. As stated Luis does a great job with the resources he has.
