We love this house! We’ve stayed multiple times, perfect for families or girls trips. The deck is the star- love sitting in the hottub drinking our morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Perfect amenities and location. Will be staying again!

What an amazing time we had in this house! It has a magnificent kitchen to cook for the whole family, plenty of room for couples and kids. Great bedrooms with three king size beds and bathrooms connected for privacy.The hot tub was so much fun, with spectacular views all day long - but especially at sunset.The host connected quickly with any questions we had. I really appreciated all of the extra toilet paper and supplies.When we come back, we will definitely rent this house again.

Fun Family Vacation!

Absolutely had a great time. The house was lovely, big, and so inviting. Loved the location and the pool table, along with the hot tub we enjoyed each and every day. Love the club house and pool. We will be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay. This house is amazing. The views, the hot tub, the kitchen, all so easy and made for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals. The doors open up so nicely to provide a perfect view and nice cross wind. We’re just had my parents and 16 year old daughter, but it’s very set up to bring kids. We didn’t end up using any of the resort amenities so the resort fee seemed a little steep. It was definitely with it to us for a mini vacation.

Great house for our family of 10! Everybody had their own space and the great room was perfect with access to the front of the house with a large parking area and garage that opened onto it. Perfect for everyone to play pool or cornhole. Kitchen was well appointed. Back of the house opened to a large deck with a hot tub and a sitting area with a gas fire pit. Three bathrooms, all with showers made it so nobody was in anybody else’s way. Great laundry room. Everything worked as it should. Management responded immediately to our questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This whole is beautiful, clean, has many amenities for all to enjoy and is perfect for a family/friends getaway. I/we were very, very impressed with AvantStay property management. Gorgeous house!

House was beautiful, view can't be beat, and property management was great. We had a really great time. My only complaints were the firmness of the mattresses and the microwave was impossible to figure out.

The layout of the home was perfect for our families. Well stocked kitchen with spices, appliances (although rather confusing to operate), hot tub, location, etc.Very minor issues... The hot water in the showers was a little touchy, and the appliances were confusing to operate. The beds were acceptable, but not super comfortable. We enjoyed our time, and it's a great place.
