3-Bedroom Remodeled Home with Pool, Resort-Style Living & Putting Green

Summary:

Experience resort living in this newly renovated three-bedroom Scottsdale home with a large backyard and pool oasis. Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entertainer's kitchen, and a backyard. Intimate dining room and more. Hot tub use is optional at an added fee. Pool use is at no charge. Option to heat the pool by adding a fee. Optional amenity fees are charged after the booking is secured. (i.e., pool heating, tot tub use, and pet fees, etc.)



The Space:

The home features three bedrooms; the master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private, with a perimeter wall, and is not shared.



Guest Access:

Guests will be given the door code 24 hours prior to arrival, and it is a self-check-in.



The Neighborhood:

This gorgeous home is within miles of: Casinos, Golf Courses, Mountain hiking, and Old Town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, Shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores. Westworld. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and Downtown Phoenix

This place was clean, convenient, well kept, attractive. Check in was easy, as was checkout. That said - it had a few quirks/issues that keep it from 5 stars. First, and most important: Families with small children SHOULD NOT stay here. There is a very deep swimming pool that has no fence or gate around it.Second - this is not a place for people who are shorter than about 5-ft., 4-in. (163 cm). All the counters and sinks and tables are higher than average, and the microwave is mounted so high that my spouse, who's 5ft.5in., could barely put food in it without a step stool.There is no coffeemaker, just a Keurig. And there are no staples in the house, such as salt and pepper, or vegetable oil.

Kitchen full equipped. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were clean. Had zero issues. Host were super attentive and responsive. Although we went for a soccer tournament we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the Hot tub and pool were both clean. My first thought when i saw the pool was that it’s bigger in person. Highly recommend this property. Great location. Area seemed safe and lots of shopping/ restaurants close by.

We were disappointed with our stay at this property. When we arrived, several areas of the home did not appear to have been fully cleaned. We found long black hair in the en‑suite shower and on the bathroom floor, dried food on some silverware and dishes, crumbs on the kitchen counters and stovetop, and hair and pet fur in the main bathroom and on the bedding in the guest rooms. Because of this, we purchased our own detergent pods and cleaning supplies and spent part of our first evening cleaning and washing linens so we could use the space comfortably.There were also a few maintenance and safety issues present at check‑in, including a missing outlet plate, a loose outdoor fan, broken refrigerator shelves, and backyard lighting around the pool that wasn’t functioning. We also noticed dog waste near the pool area when we arrived. The host did send someone to address the dog waste, but the other issues were not fully resolved during our stay, and communication felt limited. We contacted VRBO support and ultimately received a partial refund of the cleaning fee and a credit.The pool was the highlight of the property—private, clean, and a comfortable temperature even in the heat. There is also a hot tub available for an additional nightly fee. The home itself is a good size and has potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance concerns significantly affected our experience, and we were ready to leave by the end of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. Everything was very clean and organized upon our arrival. The hot tub was not working during our stay, but the host was very obliging about that issue. The home has a very nice back patio and the swimming pool is definitely a plus. One thing to be aware of if you are extremely sensitive to street noise, as I am, you will have difficulty sleeping at night. Regardless of which bedroom you are in, the noise from 50th St. is almost constant. Just something to be aware of. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Thank you to our hosts for your great communication.
