The Space:
The home features three bedrooms; Master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. A Queen pullout bed in the living room. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given door code 24 hours prior to arrival and is self check in

Business trip

My husband and I needed a place to stay where we could be close to our work meetings. The home was within a few miles of the home and the home had such easy access to all areas. The home was as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and it had all necessary amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

Short stay while attending University of Phoenix Graduation

This property is everything that is listed in the description. The hosts were excellent and communicated great. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect hosts!

We stayed here for 52 nights while we were remodeling our house. This was a great place for us to call “home”. It’s clean, comfortable and close to everything! The hosts are incredible and very responsive. Would highly recommend. .

Roomie, clean, and great location!

We chose this home due to its proximity to our daughter for the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and amenities of the house. The kitchen has a good number of dishes and glassware, a full new set of pots and pans, knife set and silverware ( could serve 12). The appliances are new and worked very well. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. The only recommendation here is to bring along cord to plug in your devices as some of the electrical plugs bit far from the bedside tables. The backyard is nice with artificial turf that made it easy to clean up after our dogs. The pool is not huge, but it was very nice as is the Jacuzzi. We did not use these as it was fairly cold during our stay, however It was pleasant to sit on the patio, and the table and chairs and mini golf area were great! While the home is on Cactus Road, it is set back on a frontage road. We had no issues with noise. The location is spectacular if you like shopping or need groceries or almost anything You can walk less than two blocks to restaurants or Walmart and there is lots more within a 1/4 mile. We found a park about a half mile away to play with our dogs. Paul was a great host and answered quickly when messaged before and during our stay. We hope to return for the next family event!
