Mountain "Comfort Zone"

A -frame nested in woods in mountain resort. Huge deck on 3 sides. Balcony on front and back with Mountain views that are better when leaves fall. Two tenth of mile from hwy 52, is 3 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway, 9 miles from Mayberry. Peaceful

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to leave my cell charger cords and charge plugs. So the next guest can use.
Leave wet towels in shower. Dry dirty towels, leave in laundry hamper.
Put cushions back in patio box. Check out time 1100am. Please text as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not go on other people's property. Take pics from my house or stay on the road. Property out frnt goes from light pole to lightpole. No Fires
Be careful driving beside of water well. Don't drive on walks You allowed to use horseshoe pit NO FIRES. Gas grill only
Quiet neighborhood, no loud music, no yelling, no profanity. For Alcoholic bottles and cans, please use huggers provided or cups outside.

When we arrived we texted Debbie to let her know that we made it. The cabin was well maintained and had all the amenities you could think of. The host, Debbie, communicated directly with me not even 1hr after I booked my stay.Checking in was a breeze, and the location is amazing. Sitting on top of a ridgeline in a secluded small and quiet community. The local residents were friendly, and gave the wave as they'd drive by, etc. The residence was clean and cozy. Debbie left snacks and drinks in the fridge for us which was well received by my party after our all day drive.Most importantly, she left us lots of coffee.Less than a 20min drive to all the good spots. We made the journey to do the Andy Griffith Mayberry experience, and the location was great. We had a great a time across the board overall. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again, Debbie.
