With plenty of room for a large family or travel group looking forward to creating shared memories together, this home has everything you might need for the ideal beach vacation. An open-space gathering area on the main level is large enough for everyone to be together while dining and relaxing indoors, while two levels of furnished outdoor decking offer Gulf of Mexico sights and sounds - the perfect spot to be when you're not over on the beach itself. This home also features a well-equipped, full kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Beach House

Vacasa was very easy to work with. Thorough instructions were provided, and we had no issues accessing the home or using/operating any of the appliances or amenities. As other reviews have indicated, the burrs are probably the most inconvenient part of this home. They are pretty painful to step on. That said, there is an easy walk to public beach access, even with a wagon and multiple children in tow. The beach was not crowded, and we felt welcome with our four-legged buddy. The layout is a little strange, having to walk through the upstairs bathroom to access the king bedroom, but understand this was done to maximize space and increase sleeping capacity. We had a total of 3 families and felt very comfortable. We would definitely return as it was the perfect size and price point, but we look forward to seeing some replacement carpet and upstairs decking repairs in the future.

Christmas on the beach

Pro: Perfect location, hot tub, and surface level clean. Con: shower downstairs doesn't drain well, cockroach found base of stairs, mold in furnace closet, one towel for kitchen, grills (gas & propane) corroded and not usable.

Beach Vacation at All Decked Out

The house was a great size and very open downstairs. Not sure about the use of carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. I’m sure it had sand in it and we stepped on a few burrs from the flowers outside imbedded in it. It also had a bit of a funky smell. The bedrooms were all a good size. Loved the huge front porch with a seating area and a table and chairs. The refrigerator and freezer didn’t work properly on Sunday when we arrived and we had to keep ice bags in it. They brought us a loaner fridge on Tuesday and we had no problems with it. We loved having the washer and dryer and used it a couple of times every night. The house had close proximity to the beach, just a short walk down an unused driveway. We enjoyed our week and would stay there again!
