Boasting incredible Gulf views and situated just 100-feet from the sparkling white sands, this three-bedroom home comes fully furnished for carefree vacation comfort. The well-appointed interior has been professionally decorated with a stylish, beach-themed motif to help set the tone for your stay and features and open floor plan designed with group gatherings in mind. Two covered, wraparound balconies and a shaded ground-floor patio set the stage for outdoor lounging with a gas grill, deck seating, and an alfresco dining area.

After a day at the beach, unwind on the plush living room sofas while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A fireplace is also equipped for cozy evening ambiance. Plan and prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the stainless steel full kitchen. Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

On the first floor, you'll find the primary suite, complete with a private bathroom, TV, and sliding door balcony access. Two guest rooms and a shared bathroom can be found upstairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
