Vliia Apaulina is a fantastic, recently built villa in the lovely town of Le Pouliguen, 10-minutes walk from the beach and convenient for shops, supermarkets and other services. The photos online really do not do the villa justice, with its large, airy living area, very well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, half with en-suite bathrooms. Outside there is a heated swimming pool that was larger than we expected from the photographs, and was loved by the children in our three-generation party. We visited at the end of a very hot period, and we really appreciated the excellent air conditioning. WiFi was good and threre were enough televisions to satisfy all the party. Le Pouliguen is very well located for visiting La Baule with its wonderful beach, the Le Croisic peninsula and the lovely walled town of Guerande. Ocearium in Le Croisic and the Grand Blockhouse are well worth a visit. We used the convenient local bus service to get to La Baule-Escoublac.Guillaume and Lenka responded promptly to all our requests and we also had the services of a helpful concierge during our visit.
