About this property

'La Concha' is a spacious holiday home with approx. 120 m² of living space located in a lush garden of lawn, flowers and fruit trees. The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Riells and the property (about 1000 m²) is enclosed by high walls. The pool is 5 x 10m and ranges from 0,6 to 2,20 m in depth. The pool and the garden are maintained by a gardener and pool service. The pool is normally available from the beginning of May until October.

Haus super, ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Kleiner Abzug für die Lage des Pools. Um diese Jahreszeit ein wenig zu viel Schatten, ansonsten alles i. O. Ferienhaus würde ich weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gut betreutes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Wir genossen vor allem die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Pool und Garten sind auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Verwaltung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleines Paradis

Lage und Ausstattung des gesamten Anwesen ist super. Vermieterin und Agentur unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir (2E + 2K) hatten jede Menge Spass. Echt Top!!! 5 von 5 Sternen

Very good

This is a great place! The villa was very clean (a bit old-fashioned). The garden is big and there is a gardener who comes to cut, clean, ... so it couldn't be better. The pool is quite big but was a bit cold. The kitchen is well furnished (I've never seen so much equipment in a kitchen). The owner is quick to answer on the phone or mails. The villa is close to the beach and shops. But the place was really quiet. I warmly recommend it.
