Perfection

We spent an amazing two weeks in Gualta. Joseph , Narcis and their family were perfect hosts, always available and very caring. The property was recently renovated and provided everything you can think of, including a pool that was maintained meticulously. Normally we never return to a vacation home we previously stayed at, but we might make an exception here 😁

Très bien mais quelques améliorations à prévoir

la maison est très belle et authentique. La cuisine est spacieuse, bien équipée (électroménager tout neuf) et agréable. Il y a 3 chambres dont 1 sans fenêtre et 2 avec volet roulant électrique et moustiquaire. Salle d'eau agréable. Piscine extérieure très sympa. Les propriétaires sont attentifs, répondent rapidement et sont très gentils et très accueillants. La maison est très bien située par rapport aux plages et autres commodités. Tout était très bien mais vu la chaleur, une climatisation aurait été un plus. De même, dans le descriptif, il n'était pas clairement indiqué que les propriétaires vivaient sur place (même s'ils sont particulièrement discrets, les détecteurs lumineux auto s'allumaient le matin lors de leur départ, les bruits de voiture sont là même très légers). Donc au final, au prix de la location, certains points nous ont un peu gênés (que nous n'aurions pas relevés si nous n'avions pas payé ce montant), surtout par rapport à nos autres locations des années précédentes. Ce sont des détails qui pourront évidemment s'améliorer, la maison a un vrai potentiel. Merci à Narcis et sa femme

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben,sehr ruhig gelegen, die Vermieter super nett. Das kleine Dorf Gualta ist sehr schön , ein kleiner Laden in der Nähe um Brot, Gemüse, leckeren Schinken zu kaufen oder zu frühstücken , eine nette Tapasbar gibt es auch. Strände sind in 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen . Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es auch genügend .

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa estaba reformada recientemente y todo estaba muy limpio. El propietario vive en la planta de arriba, ha sido discreto y ha estado pendiente a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos.

Maison comme sur l’annonce hors mis qu’il y est les propriétaires mes ils sont très discret et très sympas donc pas de problème pour nous cela ne nous a pas déranger Maison propre piscine propre Les pièces sont grandes et tout est prévu pour les séjours PARFAIT !!!
