Beautiful villa situated on a large private plot with excellent views of the Gavarres National Park and just a few minutes' drive from the town of Calonge. An excellent property for somebody looking for privacy, space, nature and tranquillity, but close enough to all services.
The house has two floors and a constructed area of 270 m2.
On the main floor we find the living and dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. 
The upper floor consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside we find the beautiful garden full of trees and plants, a sunny swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and a fantastic covered terrace with dining room, summer kitchen and barbecue where you will enjoy unforgettable moments.
You can park your car on the plot.

THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
