You will delight with the ocean views and listening to the sound of the waves gently caressing the shoreline. This very nice and spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at Regency Towers . It has a fully-equipped Kitchen, including a Washer and Dryer, and a large Dining-Living Room Area. This unit sleeps 8-10 people. It is furnished with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 Full Bunk Beds in one Guest Bedroom, 1 Full size bed in the second Guest Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa. This unit is located on the Eastern Shoreline side of the building, and it features a private Balcony with a beautiful view of the sunrise and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a washer and dryer provided for efficiency allowing you to take clean clothes home from your vacation

Room for improvement

The overall stay was fine. Great location. Nice amenities. My main complaints would be that there was mold on the ceiling by laundry closet and kitchen bar, as well as the kitchen having a dirty cabinet where the trash bin would go and dirty drawers/cabinets where utensils and dishes are.

2nd year in a row staying at Regency Towers. Very highly recommended. We had 4 adults / 4 teenagers and our room was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably . Within walking distance to St. Andrew's State Park.
