Our villa is located on the seafront and was built in 2008 and completely renovated inside and out in 2016.

From the house you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea with its deep blue water. Mallorca's most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. Here you are in the epicentre of the best beaches, so to speak. In nearby Santanyi you can buy everything you need for your daily needs, and Lidl has also established itself here.

Furthermore, there are several water parks, Seaworld, 2 safari parks where you can drive through with your own car and 3 beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity.
Location description : The house itself is situated in the most beautiful part of the national park "Parc Natural der Mondragó". The first excursion is therefore right on the doorstep. There are many holiday homes there, but also local Mallorcina live there. The house is very quietly situated directly on the coast and was built slightly elevated for a better view, you enjoy a wonderful view in all directions and a very good visible starry sky at night, as there is very little light pollution, the 3 sandy beaches in the area are wildly romantic, beautiful and protected.
The villa has sun from morning to evening and there are many very well rated restaurants nearby.
The market in Santanyi invites you to stroll, shop and drink coffee twice a week.
You will also fall in love with the nearby fishing village of Cala Figuera, which also offers numerous activities.
