Gite located on the raised ground floor comprising a living room-kitchen, a lounge (connected television), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm; 1 single bed 90x190 cm), a bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. Sheltered terrace. Chalet composed of 2 gites, located in a residential area 200 m from the ski slopes. Local shops in Notre Dame de Bellecombe (during tourist seasons) or supermarket with gas station in Praz Sur Arly 10 km away. Sheltered terrace with wooden table and benches. Grounds with a shared ping-pong table. Private parking in front of the chalet. 200 meters from the Mont-Rond chairlift, the Ski School and next to a sports shop. Espace Diamant ski area (192 km of slopes), connecting 6 village resorts. Free shuttle in winter 200 m away connecting Notre Dame de Bellecombe. 8.5 km from Les Saisies, Nordic area with 120 km of classic and skating cross-country trails, aquatic, sports and wellness center. In summer, marked hikes from the cottage and throughout the Val d'Arly/Beaufortain area, leisure center with lake in Flumet 8 km away.
