Look no further for a beautiful and spacious property for a price that is a deal.
This is a beautiful, well decorated 3 bedroom unit!

We invite you to enjoy all the luxuries of this great condo such as tile floors, granite counters, large bathrooms and closets. It is perfect for easy living with some extra space for all your personal items.

The property is DESTIN WEST BEACH AND BAY RESORT located on Okaloosa Island. The property has several hot tubs and pools and is walking distance to several restaurants and shopping.

This is a sixth floor unit that is over 1500 sq/ft. We have a king sized bed in the master and second guest bedroom with tvs in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal if you were so inclined.

Extra touches for our guests include: pack n play, Beach wagon, 3-4 beach chairs, high chair

Perfect family vacation

This condo offered the best of everything. Within a short walk from the condo we fished, enjoyed the pool, built sandcastles on the beach, and watched beautiful sunrises. This condo was also conveniently located close to all the fun restaurants and activities the beach has to offer. I highly recommend.

Fun and Comfortable

Great space for family atmosphere, comfortable and it made fun chilling and relaxing with whole family. Definitely made memories and took beautiful family pictures with ocean view background.

Perfect vacation property

We loved this Vrbo. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Loved the location and all of the amenities. We enjoyed the lazy river, access to the private beach, catching crabs in the bay, and loved the proximity to food and shopping. We would definitely come back again!

Great Space

This unit has more than enough space for a family of four. The kitchen is great for cooking nearly every meal during a week stay. The balcony has great views of the bay! Destin West pools, lazy river and beach access can't be beat.

Beach getaway!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Beach was a bit of a walk. I appreciated the bridge because the main rod has a lot of traffic. Beaches are beautiful.

Very outdated ice maker never fixed and from previous reviews it was already on the blink before our stay. Management did provide us with bag ice which was a plus. Cleaning wasn't the best. Microwave seems to be on its last leg. The men in our family knew to unplug it and the touch panel would start working again.

Condo issues

The ice maker did not work and they were unable to fix it three days later when they finally got someone out there. He was able to fix the dishwasher that leaked water all over the floor the first time it was used. I made calls to all the maintenance issues numbers starting the afternoon we checked in...it was nice besides these issues and having to drive and buy ice as there was none available at the wgole property.

Nice but loud

Overall our stay here was nice, however, there were a couple of issues. One, the location is very noisy, you can hear the highway traffic and there was construction going on in another area that was 'early morning' loud. If you love jets, the air base was flying very low and loud over the building. I realize these things can not be controlled by the owner but perhaps a heads up in the write up would make people aware. Second, although the apartment appeared clean we couldn't believe how black our feet were from walking on the floors. Both inside and on the balcony the floors seemed to have been overlooked. The furniture on the patio was also very worn and moldy - perhaps cushions could be stored somewhere inside or in a storage box. In general is was a nice place and we did enjoy seeing the dolphins from the balcony. The over pass to the beach was a plus as you are going over a 4 lane highway.

The condo was listed as corner condo. It was not a corner condo. The floors were dirty. One bedside lamp did not work. There was no high chair as listed. The kitchen cabinets had peeling paint around the knobs. The kitchen did not have salt or pepper shakers or oven mitts or pot holders. The inside couch and loveseat were a bit worn and dingy. The patio couch cushions were flat and dingy. The patio rug and mats were very dirty. The condo could be much nicer with a thorough cleaning and newer, updated couches.

Heron 504 was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and more. The view of the bay and sunrise was beautiful. The location was perfect, just steps from the lazy river and pools. We were able to access our boat easily from the marina. I communicated with our host several times and he quickly responded. We highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Very nice condo. Location was great. Lanai overlooked the pools and the bay. Kitchen was set up nicely although it was difficult to control the burners on the stove. Remote controls did not work- maybe they were switched around as there were a lot of TV's, but probably should be marked if that is the case. Lastly, the sofa bed was very old and too uncomfortable for even a teenager to sleep in. Upholstery was very worn and not very clean. Would suggest updating to something more stain resistant. We still had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Enjoyable vacation

We've stayed in this property before and liked it enough to return. Although there were a couple of maintenance issues, someone came quickly to take care of them. The only negatives were the icemaker/water dispenser weren't working and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it during his visit and the garbage disposal seems to be broken. The pools and lazy river are very inviting and there is plenty of seating around.
