About this property

Located 1.5 miles from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, with great amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and two hot tubs, Whistler Townhomes are among the best lodging values in Steamboat. The property is also right across the street from the free bus stop and walking distance to nearby parks, so no car is needed!

Living like a single-family home, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has lovely updates throughout. The hardwood floors feel warm with the abundant natural light that streams through the large picture window. The living area has a large, sectional sofa, side chair, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. The dining table is nestled in the corner with a banquet bench and several dining chairs for a total of 6 seats. The kitchen has every appliance and accessory you need to throw out a quick snack or whip up a tasty meal, and entire floor is open so you are always in the thick of things. Finish your busy mountain days with a relaxing glass of wine on the large, private deck while you send the kids across the parking lot to the community pool and hot tubs. There is a half bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with large windows for abundant natural light. Both have queen beds. The full bathroom with tub/shower is jut outside of both in the hall. There is also a full sized washer and dryer on this floor.

Close to the core trail and the bus route, this home is conveniently located in the heart of everything Steamboat has to offer: steps from the free bus route, 1.5 miles to the ski area, a 5 minute walk to Shadow Run Park, a 10 minute walk to Whistler Park, a 5 minute walk to the Core Trail, that you can take to Rex's or all the way downtown (3.5 miles).

Decent place

The condo is conveniently located to downtown Steamboat and the ski area. It's in need of some upkeep/modernization, particularly upstairs: bedrooms and main bathroom.

Short Stay in Steamboat

We leased a property in Steamboat Springs, CO. Th property was nice. However, it was warm. Temperatures were abnormally warm and the property didn’t have AC but fans were provided in the bedrooms. Other than that inconvenience, it was a pleasant stay.

Condo 4 bus stops to base of Steamboay

When I first arrived it was the only walkway to door that had not been shoveled it had been just walked over and packed down unevenly. No sand and plenty slippery for unloading car. The next day it was salted and sanded but didn’t really help much. Another smaller issue but was addressed immediately. All in all a good place and yes, I would rent again.

Great cozy adequate spot

Nicer than photos make it look! Not fancy but perfectly equipped. Close to hot tubs. Had a great time. 3 feet of snow didn’t hurt. Shuttle waits long in the afternoon but walkable if you’re fit ;)
