Your vacation rental, arranged on 2 levels, has: GROUND FLOOR: - Entrance hall with staircase, beautiful living room and fitted kitchen communicating with the terrace - Dedicated space for teleworking - Bedroom for 2 people (140x190 bed) - Shower room with Italian shower - Separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: - 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 160x200 bed) with sink in the bedroom - 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 90x200 beds) - Bathroom with bathtub & shower screen. Separate toilet. OUTSIDE: - Two terraces each decorated with garden furniture, deckchairs on a landscaped and mineral plot of 500m². - Outdoor shower "return from the beach" hot & cold water - Barbecue - Possibility to park 3 cars in the enclosed courtyard and parking possible on the street. Possibility of storing your bikes under an unclosed shelter. Rental by the fortnight in July-August. The vast interior and exterior spaces are all of quality. You feel at home there! Enclosed and flowery garden, and double terraces including one at the back without vis-à-vis for your meals. Enjoy the natural landscapes, the fishing trips on foot, the hiking trails in the heart of the Carnac countryside or on the coastal path. Sheltered by the Quiberon peninsula and facing due south, the beautiful beaches in the area (2-3 minutes on foot) are appreciated for their fine sand and clear waters. Historically known, Carnac is also famous for its alignments of menhirs.
