MODERN and CLEAN - 6 guests - beautiful and private vacation home with pool!

This stylish and clean vacation home lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord, called Bona Vista.
The property is a lovely, modern free standing home, located close to the beaches.

Our home is in a quiet residential area located at a 8 minutes drive to the Palm Beach Hotel area. This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a large tv, and our master bedroom has a TV too.

Our home expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch for outside breakfast, lunches and dinners so you can thoroughly enjoy the islands sunny climate.
Behind the home you will find a private garden with a swimming pool, a very comfortable lounge set and plenty of place to sit and relax, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day.
We have a gas BBQ so you can cook some great meals by the pool.

There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company.

There is space for at least 2 cars to park on the driveway.

As a gread added value you will also have access to the Bona Vista Clubhouse. It is only 40 steps from your front door and has a nice large pool and plenty of lounge chairs, as well as in indoor part with a table to have lunch or dinner. It is the blue building in the photos at the end of the photo gallery.

From this home, you are only about 5 minutes away from the famous beaches like Arashi and Palm Beach. At the Palm Beach hotel strip you will find any restaurant, watersports, entertainment or shopping. You will be able to enjoy quiet and privacy at home, while all the hustle and bustle of the hotels is only minutes away,
All Aruba's beaches are public so you can just bring your own beach chairs and enjoy any hotel beach and enjoy the same amenities as any hotel guest.

NOTE: There is a cash cleaning fee of USD 240 upon arrival. We are property managent so your rental payment goes to the home owner abroad, but the cleaning fee gets paid to a local cleaning company, so it is more efficient for us to charge this seperately.

Our host was responsive and helpful at every juncture. We’ve stayed in many rental homes. I think this had more thoughtful items for our convenience than any other. It was immaculate. Beds were a dream, towels soft and abundant. Our very private pool area made it extra fun!

Great House!

The house was great for our family of 5. Our 3 kids spent most of their time in the pool. We used the kitchen often and enjoyed eating at the poolside table. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect girls getaway

Our stay here couldn't have been better. It exceeded our high expectations. The house was incredibly clean, the pool was well taken care of and a great place to relax, and you are 10 minutes or less away from more populated areas. We appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and being further away from the more populated areas. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Getaway

Quick beach getaway for my wife and I. We met Daniel at the house, showed us everything we needed to know. The house was perfect and as described. We spent most days touring and enjoying the beaches all day and then unwinding in the backyard around the pool before heading out for dinner. Great location and would recommend this property. Its outside the hi rise area where all the bars and restaurants are located, having a car was essential and everything is a short drive away.

Wonderful Stay

My family of four had a wonderful vacation. The home was very clean and we loved the neighborhood. We miss the cat who visited us each day. The only things missing were a dryer and bath cloths. We did hang out towels on the line on the side yard. We enjoyed the security system!

Pictures don't do justice to this property - although it seemed small on the website we found the house to be spacious and well appointed. It is centrally located to everything Aruba. Communication with Jose the property manager was seamless = he often replied within minutes to any of my questions. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

My friends and I went on a birthday trip. The house was perfectly located. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. House design was perfect. There were 5 of us and definitely enough room to accommodate. All was clean and comfortable with private pool and patio area enjoyed. Beds were fine but each BR needs new pillows for comfort. Drains in kitchen and one bathroom needed immediate repairs which were carried out efficiently. Management was responsive to our limited requests. Location requires a rental car if occupants do not plan to be confined to the property.

Very happy stay on a very happy island!

The property was even better than described in the online listing. Our host, Daniel made a great stay even better. He did a super job of introducing us to the property and giving us shopping; dining; and snorkeling locations. Every one we tried was as he recommended. Whenever we needed Daniel he was a quick and helpful text away. The home was delightful and had everything we needed for a great stay. We like to cook and barbecue on our stays and the house was well equipped for that. The pool was wonderful. The home was well located to access all of the ares we like to visit on the Island. Overall we give the property a 10 out of 10! We will definitely return.

This property was lovely and roomy and we’ll maintained. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. Plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches.
