Extra large well manicured backyard for bday parties, get together etc. Main family room bodes a 60 inch tv for your viewing pleasure. The home is nestled in a quiet cul de sac. Great for children wanting to play outside. This place was the worst vacation rental I have ever stayed at the trashcans were full there was trash bags on the side of the house that stunk so bad, the yard was not mowed the inside of the house was dirty there are not enough dishes to use for even 3 people there is no cable no access to internet only tv in 3 rooms out of the 5, one role of toilet paper the walls were disgusting the fridge was disgusting the table was so nasty we wiped it with a paper towels and the towel turned brown the furniture is in horrible condition the toilet is about to come off the floor just a horrible place and I will never use VRBO again after this stay.

Pensacola stay

We came into town for a funeral and this was kind of a last minute booking. Communication was terrible. I sent multiple messages that went unanswered. They finally told us the wifi password 45 minutes before checkout. 2 out of 3 TVs didn't work. We couldn't use the light in the master bathroom because the fan made such a horrible screeching noise. Trash was piled up outside. The curtain rods were barely hanging in the drywall and the rods kept falling down when we moved the curtains, which we had to do to go out the sliding glass backdoor. Also saw a roach in the hall bathroom. It gave us a place to stay on short notice, but was overall disappointing. Not worth the money.
