The perfect location for your next vacation. Our Downtown Oasis features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, privacy, cleanliness, fun and creative decor and a tv in every room. Brightness throughout the spacious rooms. Walk to the Blue Wahoos stadium, the weekend markets, the library, and the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Pensacola.

A short 15 minute drive to the most gorgeous, white sand beaches; 12 minutes to NAS and 7 minutes to Baptist Hospital and the 110 corridor.

The space
A bright and inviting space. All couches are nap ready and inviting you to do so. Homey and clean and very spacious and comfortable. 1 Queen size bed, two double beds, two twin beds and a queen size sofa sleeper.
Outside shower for when you come back from the beach!
Guest have access to entire space
Other things to note
Pets 35 lbs and under allowed. No cats allowed. Animals must be crated when owner is away. Crates can be rented from host for $25. No smoking. No outside grill due to fire hazard in area. No parties. 10 people max. No loud disturbances. 250$ fee assessed for any violations of the above restrictions. On check-in day, guest will be provided entry code.

Wedding trip

This was the first rental we ever stayed in. We were there for our younger daughter's wedding and needed the extra space and bathroom that a hotel doesn't give. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was dirt in the kitchen next to the counter but it really wasn't an issue for us because the rest of the house was clean. The bed in the master was hard but we were so tired from all the wedding activities that we didn't care lol. I gave 4 stars for the check-in process because we couldn't unlock the front door after trying several times. My husband had to go around to the side door to get in then let me and our daughter in through the front. I let the owner know but missed her call when she called back so she did try to rectify the problem. Thank you Connie. The owner has a no pets policy which I forgot about at the last minute and brought a pet turtle so that was on me but we kept her in the kennel the whole time. Over all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Connie for letting us stay with you.

Seemed like the property owner hadnt been here in some time. Dead roaches all over the house and a rotting dead squirrel on the patio upon entry.

Family Vacation

Our stay was awesome! Mrs Connie was so sweet and nice and very helpful I would stay here again. The house was full of space for child and this place was the best so far . We felt right at home had everything we needed . Thank y’all so much
