Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights and fans. Antique style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. College kids

We came down and had our college kids for the weekend. It was amazing. Just big enough for a comfortable stay and a nice area as well.

Thanksgiving

Wet stayed here to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, spacious, and offered everything we would need. Plenty of towels and soaps in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even a closet with beach towels and chairs in case you plan on hitting the beach (which we recommend!) The yard, while not entirely fenced in, provided plenty of fenced yard for us to feel safe taking the dog in the back yard at night. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful, and close to what we needed. The check in process was super easy, the property imager checked in the first night to ensure we had no problem, and we were welcomed with a welcome basket with plenty of snacks to help get us through the weekend. I would stay here again, and would recommend to friends.

East Hill Stay

We spent a week in this lovely home, enjoying sunny back deck, open kitchen. There are so many nice eateries nearby, parks, and, of course, downtown! The History Museum, the Fish House and Jaco’s, and watching the Blue Angels practice. Next year, we’ll add Spring Training. Thank you!

Great getaway!

We stayed for the week as a family of three. The location was great for our spring break needs and we loved our time there! Our host was very communicative before we even arrived. It’s in a walkable neighborhood and close to many local attractions and restaurants.

3 Bedroom home in quiet area

House was in a nice neighborhood, but needed a little TLC. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely updated. Large fridge and plenty of dishes, etc for cooking. Mattresses not the greatest. Needed to contact property manager to have deck and outdoor table cleaned off, and to provide a hair dryer( which was a listed amenity). Nice to have washer and dryer. Asked for and received check in instructions from owner. Did not get any check out instructions.
