We offer great discounts for longer stays!
***This home is also Pet friendly with large fully fenced on back yard so the entire family can enjoy the vacation. ***
Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.
Security cameras are on the premises to view outside of property only.

Any items left behind will be placed in the lost and found and held for a max of 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to recover any items left behind if they are found. We are happy to ship them to you at your cost or meet with you so you can pick your items up. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or broken while we do our best to save all items left behind we can not guarantee that items left behind will be found after you leave. Please be sure to take all belongings with you when you check out.

Our group absolutely loved staying here, and I personally enjoyed how close it was to Publix (2 minutes out) and other great Restaurants (I recommend Ozone Pizza Pub and Lamonte Gelato). The house was really comfortable; some say it can be on the old side but we found it has been updated splendidly.The host was communicative and welcoming. And you can't beat the price for staying here. We will be looking to come back in the future.

Uncle’s 80th Birthday

Family from all over the US to celebrate my uncle’s 80th birthday. The house is seated in the fantastic East Hill neighborhood which gave us access to: NAS Pensacola, downtown, the beach, and our family on the NW side. The house is very comfortable and comes with beach essentials like an umbrella and coolers! Nice touch, by the way.

Nice neighbor but older home

House looks exactly like the pictures & it was clean but it is an older home. We enjoyed the patio with a charcoal grill. Also, it’s very convenient to the beach & shopping. My family & I enjoyed our stay.

Pensacola Regatta

We came for a regatta at PYC. The drive was around 10 mins. We also went for a bridge walk nearby. House was on a quiet street and close to Publix and several restaurants. Very convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price. We were 6 ppl and a dog near spring break. Very nice.

Great getaway!

We stayed for the week as a family of three. The location was great for our spring break needs and we loved our time there! Our host was very communicative before we even arrived. It’s in a walkable neighborhood and close to many local attractions and restaurants.

East Hill Stay

We spent a week in this lovely home, enjoying sunny back deck, open kitchen. There are so many nice eateries nearby, parks, and, of course, downtown! The History Museum, the Fish House and Jaco’s, and watching the Blue Angels practice. Next year, we’ll add Spring Training. Thank you!

Our Florida home for the week-

The family had a great time. The house was clean. Had all the amenities we needed. We did have an issue with the shower, I text Ms Adams and she was johhny on the job and got it done in a matter of minutes. Very impressing to me. Memories were made. Thank you so much. Don't miss the Moreno house!

I loved the quaintness of the home, and beautiful yard.... and the location was perfectly nestled in the best part of East Hill. I would recommened this home to anyone that is traveling trhough the area as it was just perfect for our family of 3 young kids and our husky. The open floor plan is wonderfully inviting, the beds and linnens were so very comfortable and having two clean big bathrooms was a bonus. Our host was incredible through the whole process of our 6 weeks+ stay. Penny was checking in with us consistenly and making sure everything with the house was in order, which is always was. At one point the garbage can went missing and the problem was addressed and managed immediatedly by Penny. I hope when my family comes to visit the home is available because it is perfect in every way. The neighbors were helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is by far the perfect location if you want to feel the love in East Hill. Thank you for your increible hospitality. Katie and Family

More than meets the eye

My family of 5 and our dog stayed here for just 2 nights and while it may not be much to look at it from the outside, the inside was rather cozy. The home is older and in need of a little more updating (ex: the bathroom and bedroom doors stick/dont close properly) but aside from a couple of dirty dishes and a yard that could use some landscaping care, the house was clean. The smoke alarm was broken and a light bulb was out and I emailed the hosts to let them know and Andy was willing to come fix the issue the next day but I told him he could wait until we had checked out. He seemed quite friendly. The home was stocked with essential items and they had even left a little care package of snacks. House is within 20 minutes of many different stores and restaurants and Pensacola Beach. Which was nice! The neighborhood was quiet. Also, East Hill Pizza was amazing (the pizzas are huge). All in all it was a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves!
