Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you smoke it must be in the back with the door closed. We charge 500 for an ozone cleaner if there is a smoke smell in the house.
No additional guests than what you register for. You will be asked to leave without refund if you violate this policy
No moving the modem or any furniture pieces

10/10 would stay here again. The house was clean, had snacks & coffee out, and just felt so welcoming. The beds slept great. The host was super fast at communicating with some issues we had with the lock. Great place to stay, only 8 minutes from the hospital if you're in town visiting someone there.

The host was welcoming. She even had a basket of snacks on the island when we arrived! We stayed for a short visit and were able to have our family all under one roof!
