Discover the vibrant Downtown Pensacola from the comfort of Casa del Sole, a bright and spacious 3-bedroom house located in a tranquil and safe neighborhood, just four blocks (0.5 mi) away from Palafox St and a short 15-minute drive to the stunning white-sand beaches of Pensacola Beach and NAS. What our guests value the most about the property is the fact that is VERY clean, fully equipped, and in a great location.

Casa del Sole means "House of Sunshine" in Italian, and the entire house was designed with that concept in mind. Enjoy a harmonious and bright stay while being within walking distance of everything in Downtown Pensacola and just a short drive from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Pensacola Beach and NAS.

The house has three bedrooms, including a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed on the ground level, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a large 4K smart TV and its own full bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends/coworkers.

Casa del Sole boasts a fully-equipped kitchen suitable for short and long stays, with beach chairs and towels, fast reliable fiber-optic internet, large 4K smart TVs in every room, laundry amenities and easy self check-in. Security measures are also in place for your peace of mind.

Two private parking spots are available onsite, and additional free street parking is nearby. EV charging (Level 2/48A) is available at the property and included as part of your stay. Veo electric scooters/bikes are also available for rent nearby and throughout downtown, and can be parked at the property after a ride.

Small/medium dog breeds (50 lbs or less, max 2) are welcome upon approval. Dogs must be house trained, pest-free and not allowed on furniture.

Great visit to Pensacola

A few members of my family were in town before a wedding. We chose to stay with Matteo as his home offered exactly what we wanted and are so happy we did. The home was easy to access, close to a coffee shop and the downtown area. His communication was great, he was easy to reach when we had a question and the home was clean and tidy. The check in and check out process was simple, and the instructions were easy to follow. We'd rent from him again and we'd recommend this home to other guests.

Perfect location for nearby wedding

Very clean, everything went exactly as described on the website, felt like a new build, very close to Palafox Street location. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had Was very surprised that several kitchen cabinets had spices, olive oil’s, other condiments that we did not have to buy.

After spending many years in Pensacola, Florida, Matteo now lives in Boulder, Colorado where on his free time he enjoys hiking and anything outdoor related with his wife and kids. Casa del Sole is Matteo's family second home, where they live to spend time as frequently as possible and rent it on AirBnb/VRBO when vacant to help pay for expenses.
