Modern Cottage in the heart of downtown Pensacola.NOTE: THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON THE LOTS NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY. There will be activity associated with building houses ongoing until approximately May of 2025. Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio with large patio cover and a large front porch.  The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking.  This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants.  It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

The house was very well equipped with everything one could need - and even some stuff they didn't realize they'd need, like a TOWEL WARMER! :DWe are locals, so we weren't here for "the beach", but there were lots of 'Beach Needs' available.Check in/out was super easy. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

This was a wonderful part of our mini vacation to Pensacola. Everything was easy and the house is nice, immaculately cleaned and roomy. We even discovered a beautiful patio and yard in the back. If we come again this is my first choice! Also close to downtown area. You can walk there.

Everything in the house was great.We had our 1 year old grandson, so I prepared dinner most evenings and on Christmas.Did not need anything. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots.Plenty of room.The “t.v.. tables were a great addition.12 people for dinner and everyone had a seat.Very nice neighborhood and met the neighbors and Chloe their dog.Would definitely rent again.

I have stayed at several properties. This is the most cleanest, comfortable, great location for what we needed, friendly neighbors, all the amenities place I ever stayed. Not a whole lot of checkout rules before you leave. Ms Lois responded with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

This was our 2nd stay. We enjoyed everything about the home again. Beautiful house, everything you could need (dishes, beach towels and chairs, cooking spices, laundry detergent tampons etc.) Really feels like a home away from home and everything is close (ie. Restaurants and beaches). Hoping it's available for us next year!

Beautiful place!nicely Nicely decorated and immaculately clean! The location is amazing to downtown and the convention center,. The beds were the most comfortable ever and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend! Landlord is very responsive and Accomodating. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

I am from Nashville Tennessee and I had a vrbo listing in Nashville and decided I wanted to do one in an area that I could come and enjoy a vacation myself so I chose Pensacola. Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the hip up and coming downtown area of Pensacola which has a vibe similar to my home town of Nashville Tennessee. What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
