Bright & spacious new home located in thriving downtown Pensacola, Florida.



Enjoy 3 master suits each with private full bathroom and luxury Tuft & Needle mattresses



Quick drive or walk to everything in downtown! 15-20 min drive to Pensacola Beach or catch the seasonal ferry that leaves from downtown.



Perfect for families or couples! Each bedroom is private and has its own attached bathroom.



This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture.



Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.



-High speed internet

-65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.)

-High quality “Everyone” brand shampoo and body wash in each bathroom

-Parking accommodates two cars with potential for additional street parking

-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs

-Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island)



This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.



Driving:

15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach

12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport

15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS



We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.



We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.



There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.
