Welcome to "Sunny Side Up" – your vibrant and inviting retreat in West Pensacola! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath house boasts a bright and sunny ambiance, adorned with captivating boho decor, and all the comforts of home while you are visiting Pensacola.

Nestled just 7 miles from the beach Perdido,6 miles from NAS Pensacola, and a mere 15 miles from the bustling heart of Downtown Pensacola, this charming abode offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.Everything you need to enjoy!

Inside the house, you’ll find a cute and comfortable place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach or exploring Pensacola. The kitchen is just inside on the left, fully stocked with all the things you’ll need. The coffee bar is full of goodies, so grab a cup and enjoy at one of the barstools!

The dining area seats 6 and is a perfect place to gather at mealtime.

The open floor plan lets you see all the way to the fenced in backyard and brand new pergola with bench seating!
Or sit in the sectional and watch your favorite show on the Roku tv.

The main bedroom off of the living area has a bright and comfortable king bed, nightstands with usb chargers, a large smart tv and a dresser to unpack. The large walk in closet has beach essentials you can borrow, like chairs and umbrellas. The en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and spa goodies for you to use!

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, nightstands with chargers, a flatscreen tv , a closet, and a full length mirror.

The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, a nightstand, a flatscreen tv, and a closet.

The second bathroom is spacious and has a tub and shower and a linen closet.
