The Bayfront Manor brings the best of both worlds to your vacation or business stay in Pensacola. Located 5 minutes walk from historic downtown, Seville Square, and Palafox Street, the location is ideal for all dining, nightlife, and events. The home is positioned on the corner of 9th Avenue and Bayfront Drive allowing for great water views of Pensacola Bay. The best beaches on the Gulf are only a 10 minute drive.

The home was built in 2014 and has all modern amenities including wine cooler, fireplace, and pool. Bikes and beach fun are in the garage for use. The second and first floor balconies are great for relaxing while viewing Pensacola Bay.

Other amenities include Wifi, all movie channels, bikes, beach chairs, sporting equipment, weber grill, coffee maker, library of books, outdoor seating, and washer/dryer.

Great for couples, families, wedding parties, military stays, and business travels alike, the Bayfront Manor is perfect for taking in all Pensacola and Pensacola beach has to offer.

Amazing!

The house is beautiful! Location is perfect for walking downtown, no car needed! Everything you might need is provided and hosts respond quickly to any questions! Great size for families or just a getaway!! Would love to stay again.

Property was as advertised. Parents of small children beware, the stairs are extremely long and steep, and difficult to block.

Absolutely love Pensacola vibes

Had an awesome time over New Years 2024 holiday weekend . Walkable Property , centrally located to restaurants , theater , shopping & a block off of the bay . Well furnished with everything needed for an extended stay .We would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful house with awesome location

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and our baby and it was the perfect house for us. Very clean and spacious and loved having a full sized crib available for baby. The location was awesome and within walking distance of downtown area. Communication with property owners was great ahead of time and there was no need to communicate with them during our stay because everything was perfect!
