The Perry Pool Cottage is nestled in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Pensacola, with quick access to downtown and Pensacola Beach just 7 miles away. This charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is ready for your visit. This home has a new 12ft x 20ft pool with a 6 foot deep end and two outdoor patios/deck as well as a separate fenced area perfect for children and pets.
This neighborhood is called East Pensacola Heights and it's a beautiful area of Pensacola. You'll find lots of parks/green spaces, shops & restaurants within a few minutes drive, and downtown Pensacola just 5 minutes away. Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes, and it's a beautiful drive! There’s even a park literally across the street, check out the photos.
No detail has been missed in our castle, having everything you need for a short or extended stay including a fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds, a great outdoor space, and plenty of room to relax. Check out our photos for more info!
