3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. Everything needed for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.Three kayaks ,two surfboards ,two beachcruiser bikes ,and two paddle boards are there for your enjoyment.The address is 1682 calle bonita if you would like to GPS it to show exactly where it is and how close it is the the gulf.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The balcony was very comfortable and the beach just steps away. We loved the well equipped kitchen and big dining table for family game nights.

Perfect escape from the cold and snow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach House, which offered an array of amenities to cater to our needs. David was readily available to address any questions we had. The beach was conveniently located just steps from the rental. The properties location was perfect, striking a balance between accessibility to local shops and restaurants and a tranquil beach atmosphere. We would definitely consider booking this rental property again!

Beautiful place to stay with everything we needed at the location. Check in and out is very easy. This is the same location we had our wedding at in 2021. We have stayed at this location 4 times now

Location was perfect!

Steps away from a beautiful beach. Away from the bustle of downtown, but an easy trolley hop and you are there. Master king was very comfortable.

Beach Fun

Property is really close to the beach with toms of shells to to collect. We saw dolphins and watched a jellyfish navigate a water flow. Condo is really nice and well equipped. There are lots of toys to use and area is quiet and the beach is really clean. Been here 5 times now and really like it.

Beach getaway with the dogs!

Our short stay was just what we needed. While the dogs aren’t allowed at the beach right outside this property, the dog beach was only a mile down the road, so we were able to take them there for awhile and come back to enjoy some human beach time right in our backyard. The beach chairs and toys in the garage made it all the more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy beach getaway!

Great location

This is a well located condo just a short walk from the beach.The condo has three bedrooms and a nice open format on the main floor. I would have given 5 stars on cleanliness but there was mold on the shower curtains. This is an easy fix. All in all, my family enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great!!!

This was our second year in a row staying here at this beach house. It’s absolutely great for a family, it has everything you could possibly want. Short walk to the beach that wasn’t crowded, paddle boards, chairs, coolers, fishing equipment are all in the garage and a huge plus. The location is great and the owner is always fast to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

New cleaning service

The host is an amazing guy! Unfortunately the cleaning service is not so good. Dirty stove refrigerator coffee dips down front of cabinet. Liquid spilled on front of recliner couch. Bathrooms ok. David you’re a wonderful host your location was fabulous. Thank you!!

Christmas Vacation

Great location. The unit needs a little work. The eyes on the stove don't fit and made it hard to cook. Kitchen is very small. The upstairs master bedroom floor needs work it was hard to close the door. The main bathroom upstairs had cracked tiles from the floor being uneven. There was daylight coming through the front door sni it was very cold we had to stuff paper to keep it warm. There was a little smell in the stair way. I believe the filters needed to be changed. The cleaning person could do a little better. We had a great time anyway.

We had a great time in Pensacola Beach! Although the condo could use some updating, we really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, etc as well as the plethora of toys, chairs, googles etc for use in the garage - perfect for anyone traveling with kids!!!

All about beach access and vacation toys!

We stayed in this beach townhome for 5 days and it had everything we needed for a laidback beach vacay. We went out the back door and took about 60 steps down a sandy path directly to the beach. The garage is FULL of every beach toy you can imagine. We enjoyed riding the bikes from the quieter neighborhood where the house is located to the hustle & bustle near the pier. We also visited The Local, a convenient market and coffee shop located almost across the main road from the property. Both showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, mugs, glassware, utensils, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, and even a few cooking staples. The beds were comfortable. Excellent communication at check-in.
