PRIVATE BEACH. This is one of two units that we own in the complex, with the other one being vrbo 653669.

All New Beds 2022!

Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico.

The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can enjoy a BBQ in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella.

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to two bathrooms and two bedrooms, each including a TV. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

Really nice place to stay. Love having the beach and the pool. The house was so clean. Only recommendation is putting non slip flooring or mat in the mattin the main bedroom

A relaxing time in a beautiful location! Close to the beach, quiet, uncrowded clean beach! Plenty of things to do and great places to eat and shop nearby. A wonderful time!

Awesome place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay over spring break! The weather didn't cooperate but we found plenty to do and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Being so close to the beach AND a pool was a real bonus and the fact that the beach was not overcrowded was icing on the cake. Thanks so much Rob and Julie!! We hope to visit again!!

Close to beach

Loved the proximity to the beach and pier. Condo was clean and we found everything we needed. Thanks for the plethora of items for the beach so we didn’t need to pack and bring them from home!

This was a very relaxing vacation, everything we needed it to be. The townhouse is fully stocked with everything you would need for a good time. Can't think of anything they missed. Also, for the price, you can't beat it. Already planning our next visit.

Bad weather, but Great Stay!!

Best condo, i have had the pleasure at staying at. Super clean, quiet surroundings, and more than enough needed space. Only thing against is, they seemed to be in the middle of swapping out the dining room light, but the family enjoyed hours of cards and boardgames. Despite the weeks weather, a great over all stay! Next time in the area will definitely rebook!

Nice for the price

My two sisters and I drove almost 10 hours for a sister trip. We were able to check in right at 2 and hit the beach! The place was clean and comfy. We were a little disappointed in how far we had to walk and carry our cooler and chairs to get to the beach but that was the only issue we had!.

We had the most amazing week at your property. The beach and the weather were perfect. We ventured out and found some great local places to eat. We are already planning our trip for next year. Easy check-in and great communication!

We were in for a quick wedding weekend. The unit was clean and check-in was easy. Parking is directly in front of the unit so it is easy to get in and out with groceries and luggage. Pool is out in front of the unit. All and all it was perfect for a quick in and out trip!

Perfect!

I had an issue with my key access email. I messaged the owners and got an immediate response! There were so many extras like games, floats, chairs and towels. It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect!!

The townhouse was perfect for our group of seven from 21 months old to 45 years old. The beach was beautiful and so close. Very nice to have the private beach access. The ONLY thing I would change would be the sleeper sofa mattress/frame as it is in need of repair or replacement. I only say this because my youngest son and I drew the short straws and had to sleep on it. The townhouse had every item we needed during our stay. Robert, Julie and their previous guests that have paid it forward with various items have thought of everything you could possibly need short of food, libations and a few paper goods. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. We hope to return many times!

Great location on the Santa Rosa sound. White sandy beaches and a beautiful pool in the center of the courtyard. Did not have a view of the ocean but it was just a short 2 minute walk between the buildings. Accommodations were very comfortable with TV and internet. Had a great time. Plenty of great seafood places in the area. My favorite is “Pompano Joes” just east of Destin. About a 45 minute drive but well worth the trip. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful beach and has an open-air atmosphere and delicious seafood choices. I love the fish tacos. My wife’s favorite is a Cuban sandwich. The food choices are numerous. You will find something on the menu meant for you. Service is friendly and quick,

We are Rob and Julie Hargesheimer. Rob is a Navy veteran who was stationed in the Pensacola area for nine years and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. We traveled the world, but Navarre still remained one of our favorite beaches. So when our son got stationed in the area, we were eager to fulfill our dream of owning a home on the beach. We looked up and down the coast and nothing compared to the beaches of Navarre.

Why they chose this property

Because of it's intimate setting, we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which make it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in the units are warm and inviting for families, as well as the private back patio for BBQ.

What makes this property unique

You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool (March-Oct and Thanksgiving Week. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf.
