Paradise awaits you in this luxurious two bedroom two bath 12th floor unit located directly on Navarre Beach in the gated community of The Pearl of Navarre. The kitchen, living room, & dining room are open & spacious & lead the way to the expansive balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of America. The gulf front master suite features floor to ceiling glass doors which allow you to step out onto your personal balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds that the Gulf has to offer. Let the waves lull you to sleep. New porcelain tile throughout the condo--no carpet. Kitchen has granite countertops & new tile backsplash. There are 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, & exercise room overlooking the gulf. There are several EV charging stations on site.
Navarre Beach is a quiet get away on a barrier island where you can linger on pristine beaches without crowds. Stroll along the 1450 ft gulf fishing pier (Florida's longest!) where an abundance of marine life can be seen--hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, sting rays, etc. Rent a bike & enjoy the bike path through Gulf Islands Nat'l Seashore Park. Don't forget the nearby Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary & Navarre Beach Marine Park where travelers can visit, get info on the ecosystem/sea turtle life, & view other animals. Sweet Pea is a rescued sea turtle who was injured & cannot be returned to the wild. She is the sanctuary's mascot. The park & sanctuary are located on Gulf Blvd. just down the road from The Pearl.
Navarre Beach is uncrowded, unspoiled, & unlike anywhere else, yet close to restaurants (some within walking distance) & shopping. The Pearl is on the Gulf of America & also faces the Sound. Water everywhere!

Relaxing Stay

The condo was beautiful. It was as described on VRBO. Easy check in. We visited on spring break. Not too many people. Easy walk down the beach to have more privacy. It was a beautiful area! Perfect beach vacation.

Great family stay

The condo was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Great pool on site and easy beach access. Although this is a high rise complex the elevators did not involve long waits and there was plenty of parking. The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. Nice workout room. Would definitely stay there again

Condo review

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all of our needs just a few minor inconveniences. The wifi password wasn’t the correct amount of characters, didn’t like that we couldn’t lower the ac passed 72, the smaller bathroom had mold under the shower caps. Overall all we really liked the condo and the property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. She even let us into the condo 2 hrs early which we appreciated greatly.

Very clean and nice, but could use a small refresh to elevate!

Overall, this unit is what you see in the photos and in the description. I'll break it down into more details:PROS:The owner is extraordinary with her communication! Check in was seamless! We didn't have to get parking passes, or go to a check-in counter. Cleanliness was IMPECCABLE! I'd even go as far to say that this may be the cleanest unit I've ever stayed in on VRBO! The building was great! We loved the gated parking lot, the multiple pools, and how amazing the property staff were! The onsite property staff were noteworthy and they were constantly on top of everything! The primary bedroom and bathroom were great and even gave you 2 vanities so that you could have 2 separate counters for spouses which I always appreciate. The balcony was giant and wrapped in front of the primary giving you fantastic views, but also came with blackout drapes for bedtime. Also, this unit is one of the only ones that does NOT max out the thermostat to some crazy temperature like 74! CONS:There honestly aren't many. The biggest ones were the balcony furniture quite frankly SUCKS. Spring for some nice resin all weather furniture so we can enjoy it more. The entire unit (mostly the sofas) are OLD and outdated. No beach unit should ever have fabric sofas especially from the 80s. The kitchen table also sucks. It's all glass with iron garden chairs. Dated and uncomfortable. Repaint the entire living area a nice lighter color! Those improvements would elevate this unit so much.

Great view, great condo, excellent vacation!

I have zero complaints about my trip. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the condo was very comfortable, it was easy to get to the beach each day. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I’d recommend this rental to anyone, and when I return to Navarre with my family next I will certainly try to book it again.

Not returning to 1202

My husband chose the condo. But he saw this one and thought it looked nice from the photos. But looking back from first searches, I remembered this unit and skipped over it because the furnishings on the deck. Cheap! And now it truly reflected the upkeep of this property. Let me explain first that we have been coming to Navarre Beach for over 30 yrs( my BIL lived here but passed in Dec). We were there for his celebration of life. So we have stayed at many properties! This is truly the first poor review we have left: garbage can lid broke (laid on top), the dishwasher not secured, drain stopper in sink fell apart when you lifted to clean. Kitchen faucet very cheap and needed 2 hands to move so it wouldn’t break, faucets in the bathroom had pulled with 2 hands/bodyweight & slammed shut, closet door was off its hinges and could not be closed, no Keurig( we missed that) , the beds not attached to the wall /headboard) one had a loose leg and ready to break) one of the remotes were taped together with electrical tape.To top it off the first day we’re told by a guest in the elevator ‘the pool and beach access will be closed tomorrow for roof repairs.’!!Property managers said emails should have went out. Walked out to the street access! 2days. Never heard from Owner. When owner Notified of a few things- ‘the previous renters never mentioned it…’ Really your cleaners didn’t see all this? Oh and at 905am the cleaning lady waiting outside our door, as we loaded cart. Uncomfortable!!

After vacationing in Destin for many years, we grew tired of the large crowds and traffic. We found Navarre Beach and immediatly fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beaches.

What makes this property unique

My husband & I love the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico at night while sleeping in the Gulf Front Master Bedroom--no need for an ambient noise machine!

The Private Balcony off of the Master Bedroom and Living Room is a wonderful and relaxing place to spend your days and nights. We often enjoy watching dolphins near the shoreline from our balcony.
