During Spring Break and again Memorial Day through Labor Day, professional security patrols the property 6 PM to 2 AM daily.

The unit is on the 14th floor. It affords a wonderful and enjoyable view of Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The Pearl is directly on the water and has NO obstruction to view of the Gulf from the balcony. You also have a great view of Florida’s longest pier from the balcony. The unit is high enough that the sounds from the swimming pool (1 of the 2 pools and spa are heated) are muffled and you are able to look down at the sea life that traverses the Gulf without the distortion caused by the water as viewed from lower units.
Navarre Beach is connected to Pensacola Beach via the National Seashore. You will enjoy the serenity of the seashore while driving the beach road.
You will see the wonderful beach life that include dolphins, pelicans, sea turtles, sea birds and abundant sea life.
Bring your binoculars for close observation both from the unit and the shoreline.

Beach walk over has handicap access ramp for wheelchairs. Steps and /or ramp available to guests at all times. Premises secured by coded gates at all access points for your security.

With a relaxed family oriented atmosphere, yet with plenty to do, it has 20 miles of federally protected beaches to run, walk, or bike with 15 miles of of bike paths.

Awake to breathtaking sunrises. Spend the day with activities in any direction or simply relax on the pristine white beaches while gazing at the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and drift off to sleep at night to the sound of the surf gently lapping outside your bedroom window.

You are only a 5 minute walk to a 1450 foot fishing pier, the longest in Florida. (viewable from balcony and in picture)

This Pearl condominium unit offers privacy and spaciousness in it's dramatic 1400 square foot living area with 9 foot ceilings. Additionally, there is a156 SF of covered balcony off the living room and master bedroom and floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors on gulf side.
There is nothing ordinary about this condominium. This upscale tropical unit will meet the most discriminating tastes. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area, large walk in closet, whirlpool tub big enough for 2 and a separate walk in large shower. This prestigious complex is within easy walking distance of two of our island restaurants. The pool is OPEN year round and 1 of the 2 pools are heated during the winter season as is the spa year round.

For your safety, the building is equipped with automatic sprinklers in every building unit. The unit is protected with a deadbolt lock. We are fully-equipped to meet all of your needs in this home-away-from-home. The complex's exercise room is equipped with weights, bike and treadmill. We have complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella from March 1 through Oct 31. Chairs are also available Nov to Feb through an independent beach service. So grab your suntan lotion and flip flops and head to the beach. Vacationing at this latitude will definitely have a positive effect on your attitude! Credit / debit cards and e checks accepted through VRBO. A VRBO credit card fee of 3% is subtracted from the returned security deposit at end of rental period for any rental funds paid by credit /debit card or e check.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE: The unit is supplied with paper towels, soap and toilet paper to support your arrival needs. This is standard practice since the size of guests groups and length of stays vary. So, bring extra if driving but shopping is only a short distance away.
