Welcome to Cloud 9 at Beach Colony West, your 1500 Sq Ft condo with HUGE (22' x 8') balcony directly overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico. Unit sleeps 6! Master BR w/ King bed, 2nd BR w/ 2 Queens. Queen Sleeper sofa in Living Room. LCD tv’s in living room and both bedrooms. Property includes largest swimming pool (50 meter, Olympic size) on Navarre Beach and also has a direct view of the longest pier in the Gulf! Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs is also included (March through October stays)! Plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive/walk away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Juana's. Play tennis or pickle ball. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!
- Attractions galore in Pensacola (~30 miles away), including: Blue Angels air shows at Naval Air Station, Naval Air Station Museum (one of the top 10 tourist attractions in the state!); famous Portofino Boardwalk, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, live entertainment, simply strolling down the boardwalk, and much more; Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium, which boasts one of the best views in all of sports; incredible restaurants including Joe Patti’s World Famous Seafood Market; and much, much more!

One of the largest and oldest Atlantic white cedars stands among the many trees along the river. This tree has been recognized as a Florida Champion tree.

Wonderful all around!

The space was perfect for my family (3 adults, 2 kids). The balcony is so lovely and the seating is comfortable. The place came so well stocked! I was pleasantly surprised by the games, beach toys/needs, and fully stocked kitchen. The host was very communicative when needed. I would definitely stay again!

A little Bit oh Heaven

The condo was perfect in every way! From the cleansiness to the location, and the comfort of the Condo make our trip special! The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to make sure everything was going OK! Not only was the view breathtaking from the condo but the balcony was quite spacious! I highly recommend!

Navarre Beach Stay

Nicole and Matt’s condo was exactly as listed. They have everything you need plus more if you choose to eat in or go out. Great view from the patio to watch the waves roll in. Host stayed in touch during our stay just in case we needed anything. We had a great stay.

Wonderful week in Navarre!

We had such a great week in this condo with our family of 5! It was clean and spacious, and the hosts had thought of everything… board games, extra beach towels, beach toys, floaties, and a well stocked kitchen just to name a few! The huge pool was awesome, and the close access to the beach was so convenient with getting our 3 young kids out there each day. This is a great place to stay in Navarre!

Great condo with great decor!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his 40th birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary for some R+R. Nicole was great to communicate with and super sweet! I totally recommend staying in this condo. We felt right at home and the size of the condo was perfect. We are hoping to plan our 2015 family vacation here!!!

Clean and beautiful condo. The view was amazing. Had my morning coffee and watched the dolphins play. Very nice pool and only 5 min to beach. Check in was easy and communication awesome. Highly recommended!! Navarre is a beautiful area.

Great condo

Our family of five had a fantastic time while staying at Cloud 9. The condo is exactly as described and what you see in the pictures. The balcony was amazing and loved hanging out there after a day at the beach. Would love to vacation in Navarre and Cloud 9 again in the future!

Totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was perfect. One morning, there were several dolphins putting on show. The host was very kind and even let us know that we could check in a little early. I recommend this place! Have fun and enjoy, Navarre is the best!

Perfect View!

My family and I loved this property!The condo was very clean, updated, and the balcony was amazing. It's HUGE! It's perfect for drinking morning coffee and reading a book as well as for having a nightcap while listening to the waves crash. The beach has stunning white sand with crystal clear water which we all enjoyed. We were able to put on masks and find several hermit crabs in shells, sand dollars, and saw several other fish on the ocean floor as well. We did have two days with quite a few jellyfish in the water, but this is obviously no fault of the owner.We had a great week and we loved our first time to the Navarre Beach area.

Paradise Found

We loved our time at this condo. The views were magnificent and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The furniture and beds were comfortable - including the seating on the balcony. Super relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and the resort itself was clean and quiet. The beach chair service was a nice extra. I would happily stay here again should we ever return. Navarre Beach 2023

We had a fabulous stay here. We have been coming here for 6 years. We always stay at these condos, but this was our favorite condo by far. They had everything and everything you could possibly want and need. Beautiful view and beautiful condo. Nicole was excellent to deal with.

We had a wonderful overall experience in Navarre while visiting for our family reunion! We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and a very active 3 year old in our group. The pictures are spot on for what to expect and we had plenty of room to have our own spaces. The kitchen was a game-changer - being able to cook and stay in as a family was fantastic! Same with the in-room laundry for taking care of wet beach/pool clothes. The balcony is a lovely spot for breakfast or sunsets as well. The pictures give a great peek at the view! We loved the games and supplies for the beach in the room - our son especially loved Connect 4 and Dominoes, since we could get creative together. The proximity to the beach and the pool was fantastic - we spent multiple nights out at the facility's pool and loved it! Some of us also walked over to the pier for fishing and restaurants and liked the close proximity there as well. We did have some small hiccups along the way, but the host was extremely responsive with communication and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Relax & Rejuvenation at the Beach

Cloud 9 was a perfect place to enjoy Navarre Beach, relax, and rejuvenate. The host was very detailed with instructions and attentive/ responsive in answering our questions. The place was very clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet even during spring break. It had everything we needed for the week. We sat on the patio a lot when we weren’t on the beach . We enjoyed the use of beach chairs and umbrella service. Brady takes really good care of his clients spending the day at the beach.

More Than Expected

When we arrived, we noticed things that were available that we had not expected. There were board games to play, beach towels available, beach toys and accessories, there were books to read, decks of cards to play, and may other things that we were available that we had never seen before. They were over and above what we had seen elsewhere. Everything was beautiful and in excellent working order. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

The perfect place for a family beach trip!

This was an absolutely ideal place for our family beach vacation. Nicole and Matt were responsive and wonderful hosts, and their condo was lovey and perfect for traveling with kids. Cloud 9 is perfectly located for easy access to the beach (no need to track sand back in the car from public beach access), and the pool in warmer months. But the condo itself was also fabulous. It was beautifully decorated but clearly with families in mind. No excessive breakable items or things that make parents of small kids nervous. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all we could have needed and more (including plastic plates and kids’ cups.) The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We all also enjoyed the huge balcony and gorgeous views, and the included chair service was a great bonus! We had a wonderful week and hope to return!

We live in the Big D - Dallas, TX! We used to be stationed at Eglin AFB in Northwest Florida, when we were a military family. We fell in love with the sugar white sand beaches and crystal clear water. When we moved to TX, we quickly realized just how much we loved the Northwest Florida beaches. There are certainly no beaches like this in Texas!

Why they chose this property

Having lived in the Fort Walton Beach area for 5 years, we got to know the beaches there and in Destin very well. Those beaches are beautiful too, but we are convinced that Navarre Beach boasts even more pristine beaches, clearer water, and a more relaxing (less crowded) atmosphere. We feel Navarre Beach truly is 'Florida's Best Kept Secret'!

What makes this property unique

Best beach in Florida! And the view of it, from Cloud 9, is breathtaking!! If you enjoy the sun, white sand, and dazzling emerald water, we think you will love spending a vacation at Cloud 9 too!
