All guest bedrooms share access to a beautifully designed full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath is located off the main living area.



Elevator:

Our elevator is available for all guests with disabilities and seniors. Just let us know if you need access. It will be inspected before your arrival and after check-out to ensure it’s working properly and free from damage.



Age Policy:

This property is not available for rent to guests under 25 years old. No exceptions.



Pet Policy:

This property is not available for guests traveling with pets.



Golf Cart Rental:

The 4-seater golf cart is available for an additional $50/night. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed waiver are required. Drivers must be 21 years or older.



Guest Access:

Private entrance into the home through the smart garage door opener. Once inside the garage, you will enter a code into the entry door. Codes are provided before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, Navarre Beach is known for its sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and laid-back coastal charm. Less crowded than neighboring destinations, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing easy access to dining, boating, fishing, and waterfront adventures.



Getting Around:

Island Treasure is conveniently located .3 miles or 6-minute walk/2-minute golf cart ride to both public beach access points 37A and 37B. Offering quick and easy access to the Gulf of America.



Other Things to Note:

Optional hot tub or pool heating is available for an additional $100 nightly fee. Hot tub will be set to 99 degrees and takes approximately 30-60 minutes to warm. Pool takes 2-3 hours to heat and is set to 84 degrees. If the outside temperature is below 65 degrees, pool may take longer to heat. Heating is controlled on a schedule by the host via an app. Advanced notice is appreciated or send a message for last minute requests.
