High-end appliances, sleek finishes, and a large island anchor the fully equipped kitchen, while expansive windows frame the surrounding Gulf and Sound views. All guest bedrooms share access to a beautifully designed full hall bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath is located off the main living area.



Elevator:

Our elevator is available for all guests with disabilities, seniors., those traveling with infants and guests with medical needed. Just let us know if you need access. It will be inspected before your arrival and after check-out to ensure it’s working properly and free from damage.



Age Policy:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.



Pet Policy:

This property is not available for guests traveling with pets.



Golf Cart Rental:

The 4-seater golf cart is available for an additional $50/night. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed waiver are required. Drivers must be 21 years or older. Once form requirements are satisfied, a code to the key box will be provided. Please charge as needed.



Guest Access:

This home offers a private entrance and will require 2 codes for entry.

First enter into the garage: using the MyQ smart garage opener, input your 4-digit pin. This is located on the Ohio Street driveway, south facing garage door on the far-left side of the roll-up doors.

Then, once inside the garage, you will enter the 5-digit code into the entry door. Codes are provided before check-in, when all check-in forms have been completed.

Garage door automatic openers are located on the pole directly across from the pool entrance door.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, Navarre Beach is known for its sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and laid-back coastal charm. Less crowded than neighboring destinations, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing easy access to dining, boating, fishing, and waterfront adventures.



Getting Around:

Island Treasure is conveniently located .3 miles or 6-minute walk/2-minute golf cart ride to both public beach access points 37A and 37B. Offering quick and easy access to the Gulf of America.



Other Things to Note:

Optional hot tub or pool heating is available for an additional $100 nightly fee. Hot tub will be set to 99 degrees and takes approximately 30-60 minutes to warm. Pool takes 2-3 hours to heat and is set to 84 degrees. If the outside temperature is below 65 degrees, pool may take longer to heat. Heating is controlled on a schedule by the host via an app. Advanced notice is appreciated or send a message for last minute requests.

Pool Cleaning Service is completed every Wednesday morning before 12pm.

Trash service is every Wednesday and Saturday morning. A team member will be by to bring bins to the curb Tuesday and Friday afternoons/evenings.
