Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome Beach Colony East Unit 13C to our fantastic condo inventory.  This is another beautiful direct beach front condo that is extremely well appointed.  The unit has been renovated with new floors, renovated brand new kitchen with appliances, and several great new décor features.    The best feature is the layout with an open floor plan with a great room that feels more like a house than a condo.  Brand new dining room table with seating for 8, new couch and 2 living room chairs all looking directly at the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach.  The beach front patio/deck is very spacious with a cement table top with 4 polywood chairs, and 2 brand new loungers with cushions. 
The master bedroom is a King bed, gulf front facing, access to the deck, and separate shower and jacuzzi tub.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, with it's own bathroom that is attached and also acts as a hallway bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has a new queen bed and two built in twin beds into the converted closet, also has it's own bathroom with shower/tub condo.  

Beach Colony East is a great condo building with lots of amenities.  Garage parking with plenty of space, 3 vehicles is not a problem.  Beach Colony East shares a very large resort sized pool with Beach Colony west, and Beach Colony East also has its very own workout room.   

The owners have also added beach chair service for our guests, this includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella from March thru October, provided by the service provider down below on the beach.  Book with confidence this very clean, very well done, beautiful beach front condo!

There was outside air noise coming from the bathroom window, master bedroom sliding glass window as well as the main living room sliding glass door and no it had nothing to do with the neighbors. The tub in master bathroom also does not stay closed. Not cleaned as advertised as well

Blue Angel Retreat

We stayed here for our trip to see the Blue Angels homecoming. Property was well maintained. The condo is fantastic and the kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Spring Break 2025

This was the perfect place to take in the beauty of the Gulf. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. 10/10 - would love to come back!

Amazing stay

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is a gorgeous space and right on the beach. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. I never wanted to leave the balcony. The pool was great and always clean. Never had any issues with loud guests which was a huge plus. If you want a great and relaxing space this is it. We will come back!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect. Nicely updated, nice patio furniture to enjoy the perfect views, perfect views. Communication with the property manager was great. Everything was super easy. Kudos to the property manager for giving us the advice to look out to the turtles and providing red-tint stickers for our cell phone and flash lights to use at night on the beach! We all had such a great experience. Thank you!

Great Location

We really enjoyed 13C and would rent again. Had a problem with ants during our stay but it was taken care of. Also had an issue with the cable/satellite tv and had to trouble shoot that to get it to work. Elevators were also an issue throughout the week. One was out the first two days and it was then working. Then the opposite one quit working. If it were a peak time of the season it would have been very inconvenient for elderly on the higher levels.

Mattresses need replacing/

This is a beautiful property. Location fantastic. We enjoyed the condo with exception of sleeping. All of the beds need new mattresses. The bed in the master has something broken underneath. I did not lift or to investigate but the bed moved about 30 degrees when one person gets up.you can observe the right side is 30% lower than the left,. For a luxury condo, mattresses should be in great shape. All of them were poor. Ice machine is non functional. Pull out drawer for sponges, etc. at kitchen sink is loose on the right end.

The condo itself was comfortable. Located on the 13th floor with amazing views. Communication with the management company was fine. All the amenities contracted for were not available. The pool was shut for 17 out of the 19 days we stayed. We were provided some compensation. Would suggest anyone staying to check the vents and fans in the unit to insure they are clear and clean. We did make the mgmt co aware of this as well. WiFi was out a couple of days and water in the building was shut for a period of time. We were right on the cusp of the busy season so coming to stay in February was when it seemed all the fit up is done. It’s not our usual experience when staying in similar accommodations through VRBO or other rental properties. We didn’t know the maintenance of the property would occur at this point. The beach front was the highlight.
