This luxury GULF FRONT 1st floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 queen in the third bedroom. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed and bedding available upon request. Please notify your host at least 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE to have the inflatable bed in the unit upon your arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
-Pool and Building Amenities are not the responsibility of the Property Manager or Owner. Guest will not be compensated if these amenities are not available due to maintenance.
