Introducing our breathtaking 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Penthouse unit, offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, the intracoastal waterway, and the coastline. This luxurious retreat is equipped with all the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
For your entertainment, indulge in a 52" mounted TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the gulf-front master bedroom, both offering an immersive viewing experience. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub, providing the ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the guest room boasts 2 full beds, a private bath, and a 42" TV for added comfort and convenience.
Prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need to impress your family and friends with gourmet meals.
Complimentary Beach Chair Service is included from March to October, offering two chairs and one umbrella for your beachfront relaxation.
Beach Colony Resort boasts the largest pool on the island, as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickleball for your recreational enjoyment.

Love Navarre, Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my family, it was just as described and the view was spectacular! We love staying on a high floor so we really enjoyed the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We went to restaurants within walking distance and to the pier. We had no issues and enjoyed the large on site pool as well. Would love to go back!

Beautiful place and a great view of ocean

We absolutely loved our week stay there and would love to return. One thing is you can’t see too far to the right because a building blocks view.
