This beautifully-decorated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo sleeps 5 and boasts all the comforts of home plus the luxury of high end finishes like the marble kitchen counter tops, premium flooring and elegant furnishings. And don't forget the view of the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony!

The second bedroom is family ready with a queen bed and a twin bed and the coastal inspired living room has comfortable seating with a large sliding glass door that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. From the living room, walk into the master bedroom where you can indulge in a relaxing nap on the king bed, soak in the over-sized jetted tub or just relax on the large balcony and revel in the breathtaking view, which can be accessed from either the master bedroom or the living room. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with a large flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Nice condo with nice rooms! Nicely decorated and stocked with the necessities. My only complaint is that we were woken up a few times by people slamming weights in the gym next to the room. Not at all the owners fault and we knew we were next to the gym when we booked. Just saying a box fan worked wonders to drown out the noise! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Views!

We had an incredible time at this condo! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and plenty to do without having to travel far. We dined at some fantastic restaurants, savoring delicious seafood in a warm and inviting atmosphere. My grandson had a blast walking on the fishing pier, which was only about 100 yards from the beach.The condo itself was much larger and nicer than we expected – it was clean, neat, and very spacious. The two pools were a great bonus, and although the weather was a little chilly, one of the pools was heated, so we were able to enjoy it.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended

Great.

Everything was great with one exception.Both bathrooms have small children’s commode.I can understand why the second bathroom can use one but for the life on me I don’t understand why the master bedroom has one. Master bedrooms are usually occupied by adults.Everything else was great.

The condo was fine and similar to other options available - very average. Updated kitchen and guest bath look nice. Furniture not very comfortable and bed pillows are poor. Not many basics provided (e.g., salt pepper), but maybe that’s normal lately (?).

The View, Obviously,

The best thing about our unit was the first thing you notice when you open the door - the view of the Gulf. But if all this room had was a great view then I wouldn't give it five stars. It was very clean with none of that typical "stale ocean smell" you get in most properties. It was comfortable - the couch, the beds, the patio furniture, the AC. My best endorsement of this property is this: Moving forward, anytime I vacation in Florida it'll be at Navarre Beach, and I'll book this same unit each time.

The Pearl Review

This condo was clean and exactly as pictured. It is on the 1st level so directly above the pool. Your view is mainly the pool with a little beach, so if you want a bigger beach view you may want to stay higher up in the building. However, it was also convenient to be able to take the stairs and not have to wait on the elevator. Great building with such close access to pool and beach. Kitchen supplies are limited, so bring your own things if you really cook a lot. My only gripe is you could hear people slamming weights down in the gym, but overall our stay was great!

It can get crowded and the week we went, there was a ton of people reserving seats at 5am so hard to get a chair.- We had internet issues. Property management group was super helpful in trouble-shooting and very responsive. But the internet isn't great if this is a requirement for your stay.
