BEACH SETUP Mar. thru Oct. June and July, Sat to Sat only. Sleeps 6 in beds.

Beach Colony Resort West is the newest resort on the island of Navarre Beach. Our Ocean Front Condo offers a panoramic, unobstructed view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and our white sand beaches. There is also a beautiful view of the Sound and the intercostal waterway from your living from and balcony. Beach Colony Resort has the largest swimming pool on the Island.

We have chosen a 'Key West' design for the décor with your 'off the beach' comfort in mind. It is both fun and sassy.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed, New mattress 2021 flat screen TV and DVD player. The Master Bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. You can sit in you tub and look out the windows onto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Even the bathroom has a spectacular view!

The Guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen tv and dvd player. There is also an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping room.

The large round balcony is a focal point in the design of the condo and a favorite spot for our guests. We have lots of room for dining and sunning. You can sit and watch the Dolphin play and watch the 'goings on' on the Pier, which is the longest fishing pier in Florida. The pier is a very short walk from the condo.

You will have all of the kitchen essentials you require for cooking a little or a lot! It includes an air fryer. Everything is and top of the line. We live at the beach and are hands on for the needs of our guests.

We also have assigned covered parking convenient to the building. You have full access to the exercise room and to the barbeque grills.

Our resort is situated between two parks, the National Seashore to the West where you will see abundant wildlife including, heron, pelicans, dolphin, sea turtles, sting ray, and various shore birds. We have an ideal location to spend an uncomplicated and family friendly beach vacation.

Clean & spacious condo with amazing views

Enjoyed staying in this beautiful 9th floor condo. We found it to he clean, spacious and very comfortable. The balcony is large and has amazing views of the gulf, not much privacy, but that didn't take away from the beauty of it all. We didn't care for the fact that there's no guest restroom on the ground floor close to pool/beach area. That made things a little difficult with a toddler. But the unit itself and the beach was top notch.

The condo was amazing, nicely decorated & clean. Security at the pool was rude. The rules for having drinks at or near the pool aren’t clear. I understand no drinks in the pool but you couldn’t have them near the ledge. One guard said drinks must be 3 ft away from the ledge & another said it had to be on the table. We felt it was different rules daily based on who was at the pool. It was kinda petty.

Nice property and location; minor improvements needed

Overall the unit was quite nice and had everything you need for a great stay. A couple of items to note. The second bedroom with two beds is right on the interior walkway which has bright lights outside all night. Blackout curtains are sorely needed. There are also no privacy curtains in the main room facing the ocean which is odd and gives no privacy in the evening. Last of all the mattresses could use an upgrade. In terms of the property itself be aware the pool is not heated. It was essentially unusable during our stay. This is very unfortunate because it would have been a welcome break from the beach.

pictures online are deceiving

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Walls are marked up and damaged, furniture is stained, lighting is poor, curtains/blinds are missing, lamps that don't even plug in, picture on TV dark and difficult to see, master bed very uncomfortable. I was stuck with a pillow that felt like a 2x4. It could not even bend. There was an outdoor rug, stained, being used for the living area. A bathroom rug, in badly need of washing, being used in the kitchen. The actual bathroom rugs are matted and stained. We only had 3 wash cloths total for the entire condo. Basically we had to wash every day on our vacation. No liquid soap to clean dishes, and the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty. The decor was horribly clashing. We had African parrots with dolphins and a picture of Greece (which I would swear I've seen in an hotel). The colors were all over the place. The master bedroom had a sheet and the comforter. No blanket. The pots and pans were scratched. The spatula was melted. There was a pot with blacked burnt stains on the bottom. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived. While we were there, we brought up the reviews because we were shocked that we picked a place since we always check reviews first. For some insane reason, people were giving 4 star reviews for this place, but then listing all the faults at the bottom. Why someone would rate a place with 4 starts when there are so many issues is mindboggling. If I could give this place zero

updates needed

This property is the perfect location with great views and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself needs a lot of updating. Several “small” things (i.e. multiple scratches and scuffs on walls, several lights out/just didn’t work, toilet seat in master bath worn and needs replaced) Was disappointed in the kitchen items provided after reading in the description that things were top of the line. Everything we pulled out to use (plates, bowls, silverware, cups, pans) was visibly dirty and required being washed before using. An investment in a smaller cordless sweeper would be great as there was always a lot of sand tracked in that could have been kept cleaned up better but nobody wants to drag out a large, old vacuum every day for a quick sweep. Overall felt the place was okay but seemed generic for the price we paid compared to other units we’ve previously stayed in.
